Classic Dress
This is the pure essence of a basic dress. It consists only of a bodice with sleeves and a full skirt. The classic dress style is recognized since several hundred years and embraces the original spirit of dresses, being the most common understanding of how everyone imagines a simple dress. All other modest dresses are derived from this original basic type.
The full skirt has two side seam pockets, which most women miss on a dress or skirt. Most common closures are the back zipper or button-front. The skirt is lined with a hem on the bottom for a better drape. In order to be modest the bodice has a high neckline and long sleeves.
